Required:

• College degree

• 2+ years of software testing experience

• Be able to translate functional software specifications into a test plan

• Ability to create effective and innovative techniques for testing

• Experience executing test cases, filing defects, and interacting with developers

• Record and track defects and enhancements, including the steps to reproduce

• Experience with defect tracking systems

• Experience with source code control is a bonus

• Strong analysis & debugging skills

• Ability to work both independently, and cooperatively within a team

• Good English written skills (very important for communicating with developers that may

be remote)

• Very detail oriented
