Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field/ Graduated from 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 & 60% above
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with software testing concepts and methodologies (e.g., manual testing, automated testing)
Basic knowledge of testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
Criteria:
Sign a service agreement of 3 years
Performance based salary hike after every year
3.6 Lakhs per annum
Responsibilities:
Execute test cases and report defects
Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely bug resolution
Perform regression testing to validate software updates
Participate in the design and execution of manual and automated test cases
Document and maintain test results and test artifacts
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures
