Bond Duration : 2 years , Bond breakage amount is Rs.2,00,000/-
Compensation : CTC during internship is 3 LPA, post confirmation- INR 5,50,000 LPA + 50 K Performance Bonus with two years of bond.2 Lakh bond breakage amount.

QA(Testing)- Positions JD
- Should have knowledge on Testing models (Waterfall, V model, Spiral)
- Should have knowledge on SDLC / STLC
- Should have knowledge on Testing types (unit, component, integration, database, API etc..)
- Should have knowledge on Test phases
- Should have knowledge on Test techniques (Black box and white box)
- Should know Defect lifecycle process
- Should have knowledge on Test reviews and Inspection
- Should know about Test coverage
- Should be able to do Test planning – test case design
- Should be able to do Test execution
- Should have an idea on Test status report (not mandatory)
- Should have an idea about Testing measures and metrics (not mandatory)
- Should have knowledge on ‘Proof of test’ document
- Should have an Idea about test strategy and test plan. (not mandatory)
- Should have an Idea about test estimations. (not mandatory)
- Should be able to write basic SQL queries and execute.
- Should be able to execute simple and basic Unix commands and scripts.
- Should have good analytical and problem assessment skill.
- Should have very good communications skill (Verbal and Written)
- Should be a quick/self-learner, adapts changes, passionate in software testing and takes challenges to deliver.
