Eligibility criteria for 2022 & 2023 pass-outs to appear for the Kumaran On-Campus Recruitment – Testing Stream


Year of passing out : 2022 / 2023.

Degrees and streams : BE – Computer Science, B.Tech – Information Technology , MCA

Academic Req: Min 60% or 6 CGPA aggregate at the time of the recruitment and onboarding with no standing arrears.

Academic gap : There should not be any gap in academics from the 10th standard until the completion of graduation.

Backlogs : No active backlogs at the time of the recruitment and onboarding.

10th & 12th /Diploma : Must have min 60% aggregate.

Job Requirements:

Energy to excel in the testing stream.

The ability to learn new scripting languages, frameworks, or tools quickly.

Excellent Analytical skills.

Good communication skills – both written and verbal.

Interpersonal Skills & good Attitude.

The Stages :


Cognitive Test—- Cognitive – English Ability, Analytical Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and basics of Programming Language.——— KRAs 60——-Cut off Time: 2hrs 40 minutes


Group Discussion (In-Person at Olympia Tech Park, Guindy) — Any topic to discuss / debate

2 topics– 15 mins each.

One on One face-to-face Interview     (@ our office ) at Campus

Interns: 15000

Trainee – Testing/QA: Range:  Freshers – 4LPA & Laterals – 1 yr. and above – From 5 LPA to 5.5 LPA


General Instruction


For 2023 Batch – From the date of submitting the university final exam result & consolidated Mark sheet or Bonafide letter from the College (On successful completion of the academic year)

Period: Maximum of 6 months

(Description of training portion)

Programming – JAVA & Python

Automation – Selenium/UFT/Conformiq

Software Masterclass testing.

Domain training – Banking – Investment Banking – Capital Market

Agreement (Bond Period) & Damage Clause

  • Selected Candidates should sign two years & five months (27 Months) of agreement which includes the Internship period. (2022 & 2023 pass-outs)
  • If the Intern is a non-performer during the internship period, he/she will be disengaged from the internship.
  • The selected interns must sign the agreement during the internship start date and are required to submit the Undated Cheque leaf, of INR 2 Lakhs, in the Company’s name for the damage clause to avoid there being no breach of agreement within the bond period.
  • The same agreement and cheque leaf will return to the individuals on successful completion of the bond period.
  • If the applicant breached the bond, he/she should need to pay the damage clause of (2 lacs) + any additional training cost invested, by Kumaran


Evaluation & Selection

During the internship period, interns will be evaluated at frequent intervals and will be notified about their performance and areas of improvement wherever required.

At the end/mid of the internship period, a final evaluation will be conducted. Those who clear the final evaluation will be issued a full-time job offer.

Interns failing to clear the final evaluation will not be issued a full-time job offer as a Trainee- Testing/QA and only an internship letter will be provided.
