Job Title: Junior Software Testing Engineer
Responsibilities :
 Collaborating closely with the development and testing teams to understand software
requirements and design.
 Actively participating in agile development meetings and offering inputs on software testing
perspectives.
 Acquiring proficiency in the project's testing tools and environments.
 Developing and executing test cases to identify bugs and issues within the product.
 Assisting in the isolation and troubleshooting of issues reported in the production environment.
 Monitoring system performance to identify potential bottlenecks and recommend
improvements.
 Responding promptly to requests and queries from the development and QA teams.
 Gathering feedback from users to understand areas where the application can be improved.
 Documenting testing processes and results, and generating reports to track and communicate
test progress.
 Collaborating with senior testing personnel to conduct comprehensive testing, including
regression, integration, and performance tests.
Technical Skills
 Bachelor's degree (BE, Btech) in ECE, CSE, CSIT, EEE,Mechanichal and Civil graduating in 2022 or
2023.
 Basic understanding of coding languages such as C, HTML5, Java, and JavaScript.
 Familiarity with software testing techniques and tools.
 A foundational understanding of databases and operating systems.
 Proficiency in using email systems and Microsoft Office software.
 Quick learner with the ability to rapidly adapt to new software and technologies.
 Capable of working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
 Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Non Technical Skills
 Should be able to communicate in English
 Must have 65% and above all through the academics
 Should be a good team player
