Skillset required:

Should have Knowledge in Manual Testing and Automation Testing

Should have good Knowledge of Database SQL

Having knowledge on Unix/Linux is an added advantage.

Should have good skills of documentation/ Bug tracking/Defect tracking/Test cases& Plan preparation

Should be familiar with SDLC process

Should have basic knowledge in web services testing

Should have knowledge of Functional/Regression testing

Should have basic knowledge of Agile, scrum and waterfall methodology.

 

Responsibilities:

Understanding the requirement and developing the Automation script

Preparing test cases, test scripts, X paths dynamically.

Review design and user documentation, project specifications, and requirements

Understanding Software requirement /User stories

Execute sanity, smoke, functional, and regression testing

Interact with all stakeholders (Internal/External) and business users

Test Strategy Implementation
